Worldwide institutes offering optometry degree are known as *School of optometry*.  Name related to this is only one institute in Pakistan, which is located in Karachi (capital of sindh province). The name of this institue is *ISRA school of Optometry* which is the part of ISRA University.

  There are three types of undergraduate / bachlor degrees offered in different institutes of Pakistan.

BSc (hon):

Post Graduate programs in Pakistan
M.phil and ms optometry programs are offered in pakistan. For post graduate addmissions, 1 year professional training certificate is mendatory

M.Phil Optometry:

MS Optometry:
This cource is offeref in only one university of pakistan.
