The average normal field of vision is around 200 degrees, with some variation based on age, sex, and other factors. The normal field of vision can be divided into two main categories: central vision and peripheral vision. Central vision is the area of the visual field that is directly in front of an individual and is responsible for detailed vision tasks such as reading and writing.
