Coronavirus a Threat to World…


World Health organization emergency committee decided to declare international public health emergency on 30th January 2020 meeting.  WHO China country office was informed on 31 December, 2019 about a virus which does not match with any other known virus in Wuhan. One week later, Chinese Authorities confirmed that they had identified a new virus named as coronavirus, which is a family of viruses that include common cold, SARS and MERS viruses. WHO and Chinese authority both are working coordinately to find treatment of this virus. 
According to chines officials 170 people have died due to coronavirus. More than eight thousand cases have been confirmed. Thousands of people from different countries are trapped in china to avoid outbreak of coronavirus. Four of and estimated five hundred Pakistani students are already confirmed to have coronavirus.  
Pakistani students in china are requesting Pakistan embassy to their safe escape from china. Families of students are worried about this situation. It is estimated that twenty chines universities are affected with this virus. The US and Japan is already evacuating their citizens from china, and some other countries like Australia, Britain and France are preparing to evacuate their citizens.
There is no case detection of corona virus in Pakistan. But Pakistan is under the threat of coronavirus. Coronavirus is a communicable disease. Pakistan is a neighbor country of China. Thousands of Pakistani lives in China for study purpose and many chines are working on CPEC and living in Pakistan. In this situation a special separated unit for coronavirus patients is constructed in Benazir Bhutto hospital Rawalpindi. 
Pakistan needed to take more special measure like separation units, diagnostic facilities and treatment facilities provision. Special diagnostic tests should be designed for the people travelling from China to Pakistan. Federal ministry of health with the help of public health officers should make early planning to control this situation.

How to correct myopia?

Myopia is shortsightedness and in this case the power of eye is increased from normal eye power.  For example: The normal power of eye is 58DS. The eye power >58DS will be considered as myopic eye. e.g. the eye with Power of +60DS is a myopic eye.
