How to correct myopia?

Myopia is shortsightedness and in this case the power of eye is increased from normal eye power.

For example: The normal power of eye is 58DS. The eye power >58DS will be considered as myopic eye. e.g. the eye with Power of +60DS is a myopic eye. And the myopia of this eye will be -2DS (60-58).

The myopia can be corrected through glasses, contact lenses and refractive surgery. The minus lens is placed inform of the eye equal to the myopic power of eye to neutralize the myopia of eye in glasses of contact lens form. The minus or concave lens is the option to treat or manage myopia.
